Timeshifting

Syntax : cast timeshifting

Navigators learn how to manipulate their basic time shifting abilities to influence more than just enemy attacks. They can actually warp time and space itself to increase the speed of many of their actions.

When affected by this spell, any lag checks on the caster (whether from skills, casting, or other actions) have a chance of being reduced by up to 20%.

Spell is available only to the Psioncist Navigator subclass
