Syntax: cast timeshifting
Spell Number: 544
Navigators learn how to manipulate their basic time shifting abilities to
influence more than just enemy attacks. They can actually warp time and
space itself to increase the speed of many of their actions.
When affected by this spell, any lag checks on the caster (whether from
skills, casting, or other actions) will be reduced by an amount based on
their intelligence.

Spell available only to the Navigator Psionicist Subclass.
