Syntax: reinforce <object>
This ability allows the warrior to upgrade the effectiveness of his/her
armor. A particularly lucky warrior may imbue stats as well as resistances
into the piece of armor. Smiths should watch out; using this skill makes the
armor more difficult to wear, and may damage it to near uselessness.
Primary stat: Strength and Luck
