Syntax: rebuild <password> '<race>'
         rebuild <password> <race> trains
         rebuild check

The rebuild command allows you to sacrifice a percentage of the overall
power of your character in order to retrain your stats and re-practice your
skills. The rebuild command is intended for use by characters that are not
happy with the way they have trained their stats, or simply want to retrain
their stats a different way to try a different playing style.

Every time you gain a train or practice during your adventures, the total
for your current remort is tracked. For a charge of 20% of the total
trains and practices gained this remort, you may have your characters stats
reset to starting stats for your chosen race and have all of your
trains/practices (minus the charge) returned to you so that you can
practice your stats over. All trains/practices gained during the current
remort, whether spent or not, are taxed. Trains spent on hp/mana/moves are
also not restored.

When you rebuild your character, you will also be given a chance to change
your race.

The syntax to use this command is:

      rebuild <password> <race>

Note- you must use quotes for multi-word race names (i.e., rebuild
<password> 'dark elf'). If you want to keep the same race just type in that
race name. You will be asked to confirm the rebuild.

To see your current total trains and practices and your rebuild tax, use
the syntax 'rebuild check'. See 'help gained' for an explanation of the
fields listed in 'rebuild check'.

You cannot rebuild if you are wearing equipment (carrying it is ok)
or have a corpse in the game. Also note that rebuilding will reset your
experience to level to the last level you gained. If you are affected by
any skills or spells, they will be removed when you rebuild. Any tierstats
and/or wishstat will need to be set again after rebuild.

The rebuild option is intentionally expensive; it is intended to be used as
a last resort for someone that screws up their character and 20% is a lot
to pay for a rebuild. During drastic skill/spell changes, a flag will allow
one free rebuild during your current remort. If these aren't enough, you
may also buy free rebuilds in the form of a wish at Vira in Aylor, at the
cost of 2,000 quest points each.  Free rebuilds are reset when you tier;
they do not accumulate- only buy a free rebuild if you know you're going to
use it before you tier.

If you want to rebuild just your trains and stats without affecting your
skills and practices, use the syntax:

     rebuild <password> <race> trains

When you enter into remort mode as tier 9 7x to start a redo, your
stats are locked and will be re-set when returning to T9 7x 201 again.
It is not recommended to rebuild to put all trains into hit points.
