Syntax: nofriend
This config option controls whether other players may add you as a friend.
If you turn 'nofriend' on, anyone trying to add you as a friend will receive
the message '[Player] is not accepting friend requests.'
This toggle is ignored if the person trying to add you as a friend is already
on your friend list.
