Syntax: This skill is automatic.
Haggling is the art of drawing a few extra coins' worth of value out of a
possible sale. Through persuasion and misdirection, the object will sell
for slightly more than it would when selling to a shopkeeper under normal
circumstances.
Bandits have also learned some extra sleight-of-hand tricks to pull even
more gold from the coffers of unsuspecting shopkeepers.
