A weapon with a flaming flag will burst into flames and cause additional
damage at random to your opponent. This will show as a separate '<weapon>
burns <target>' message. When this occurs, there is also a possibility of
blinding the target for a short period of time, and/or melting pills and
other flammable objects in their inventory.
