Syntax: exprate
This toggle changes whether experience bonuses are displayed as calculated
("You receive 130 experience points.") or not ("You receive 100+20+10
experience points."). Double experience output messages are automatically
combined, regardless of the exprate setting. The exprate command also
includes the OPK bonus and the Hardcore bonus.
Currently, the exprate wish ('help wish') and the Mentalist skill Combat
Empathy ('help combat empathy') use this toggle. Characters with neither
of these may still use the exprate toggle to change how they see others'
output (e.g., group members).
