This skill is automatic.
Exceptionally talented fighters can manipulate themselves in combat, not
only dodging a blow and avoiding damage, but actually sneaking in an attack
on the off-balance opponent!
This ability has a chance of working with any attack that is dodged (via
the dodge skill, not other class skills). The message given by counter
strike will not be shown if 'spamreduce dodges' is on, but the damage
message will still be seen.
Primary stat: Strength, Dexterity.
