Sometimes clans face problems with leadership or the members decide, for
whatever reason, the clan has run its course and should be disbanded.

Disbanding a clan basically means that each person in the clan is
outcast and receives a percentage of current clan account (gold and qp)
relative to what they have donated in.

For example, if a clan has 10 million in account, and players A, B, and C
donated 10 million and player D donated 20 million, player D would receive
 4 million (40%), and A, B, and C would receive 2 million (20% each).

In all other aspects such as clan equipment, clan transporters, manor
links, etc a disband is treated the same as each member outcasting.

Any open part of the clan hall will remain open and the clan helpfile
at the time of disbanding will be maintained for historical purposes.

 Starting the Disband Process
 ----------------------------

To start the process to disband a clan an active leader should contact
Lasher to start the vote. The vote is handled via private notes to Lasher,
not via the Aardwolf voting system. Who voted yes/no is not revealed
even when the vote is over.

The vote will run for 30 days from the time of being started or until a
majority of active players is reached one way or another. Active player
is defined as online within the previous 30 days. Alts are not eligible
to vote - only one per actual real life player.

If the disband goes ahead, funds will be distributed appropriately and
 the members outcast.

If the disband is voted against, the clan will be unable to hold another
disband vote for at least 3 months following the end of the vote.
