Syntax: cast blindness <target>
Spell Number: 6
This spell quite simply renders the target character blind, in a very
effective and lasting fashion. A character that is affected by blindness
(whether through this or other skills/spells) has a lower chance to hit in
combat and will find it much harder to dodge and parry incoming attacks.
Primary stat: Intelligence.
Affected by : Luck.
