Syntax: balor <victim>
This extremely potent, distilled poison inflicts a great amount of damage
upon a thief's helpless enemy, reducing their hit points by up to 25% of
their current amount.
The exhaustion experienced by the Venomist in administering this poison is
correspondingly high. This skill may only be successfully used once per
opponent.
Skill available only to the Venomist Thief Subclass.
Primary stat: Dexterity, Strength.
Affected by : Luck.
