A Few Questions and Answers about Helperdom

What do you enjoy the most about being part of Helpers?

I would have to say that I love the feeling of accomplishment and fullfillment that you get when your help makes a difference to someone, especially when it makes them happy. There is nothing else like the feeling that you have made a difference in someones life... or maybe just happened to have made their bad day, go to a great day!

What are the benefits to being part of the Helpers team?

In my personal opinion, being part of Helpers, is one of the most rewarding things you can do. The biggest benefit is that you get to help people and make a difference in their lives. There is also the benefits of getting to know a more diverse group of people, than you would normally, with just clan and friends list. I also like the fact that being part of Helpers lets you get to know a few of the Immortals better. I have discovered that being part of Helpers, you learn more. I learn something new almost everyday.

What are the biggest differences between Helpers and Advisors?

Honestly? There is not a big difference. The on duty Helpers are visible by using who Helper, whereas Advisors are not visible to anyone but the Helpers team and the Immortals. Advisors does not get the Helpers commands. Advisors also does not come with the expectations that Helpers does. Helpers are expected to perform corpse retrievals and answer questions while they are on duty, whereas Advisors is not required, however it is appreciated.

What is the hardest part of being part of the Helpers team?

There are 2 things that come to mind. First is this: it is really hard when someone needs help, and you don't have any idea on where to go for that help or that answer. Secondly: some days you don't have as much, if any, time for your friends, clan, spouse, exploring, questing, leveling, or campaigning as you would like to.
