Help Time Shift

Syntax:  Automatic

This ability allows the psionicist to shift time, stepping out of time and
back in after an attack has taken place.  This is comparable to blink, 
parry, etc.

Only primary-class psionicists have the clarity of mind to fully rely upon
this ability.  While others have developed its use, they will find it less
effective.

Primary Stat: Intelligence, Wisdom
Affected by : Luck
