Syntax: cast 'extinguish' <victim>Damage: water
Although normally used in Religious Ceremonies, Holy Water also has a
far more potent application. Through this spell, the Cleric issues
forth a spray of Holy Water from his body, to strike down his foes,
as the effects of Holy Water can have a very dramatic affect upon
certain opponents...This spell strikes only one victim at a time.
Primary stat: Wisdom.
