Syntax: cast 'elemental ward'

One of the benefits of studying the elemental spheres is this spell, which
allows an Elementalist to take less damage from attacks rooted in air, earth,
fire, and water. Many are the wizards who have found themselves saved by the
timely casting of an Elemental Ward.

Elementalists may not be under the benefit of an Elemental Focus and an
Elemental Ward simultaneously, and the recovery time from one applies to the
other. Elemental Ward does not benefit from the duration wish.

Spell available only to the Elementalist Mage Subclass.
