Syntax: cast accelerate

This discipline stimulates the adrenal glands of the target, allowing them
to move at great speed. This spell also adds a boost in prowess to aid
maneuvering about more easily in this condition.  The spell otherwise has
the same results as that of the arcane spell 'Haste'.

Primary stat: Wisdom, Intelligence.
Affected by : Luck.
