Syntax: taunt <target>
When a monster is fighting another monster, the 'taunt' skill gives the
thief a chance to annoy the monster so much that it turns to attack the
person doing the taunting, completely forgetting his other target.
Taunting will only be effective against a mob fighting another mob- not
against a mob fighting a player, pet or charmed mob. The mob will get a
full heal when it turns to attack the player.
