Syntax: ring bell
ring on|off
If you wish to visit someone in their manor, you must go to their waiting
room and type 'ring bell'. This will tell them that there is someone waiting,
and they may choose to invite you in.
For manor owners & spouses, the bell can be turned on/off by typing 'ring on'
or 'ring off'.
