A weapon with the poison flag is infused with nasty venom. This venom has a chance of poisoning anyone struck with that weapon, and may also poison any food or drink the target is carrying. Once poisoned, a target will lose some strength and regeneration rate will slow until the poison is removed or works out of the target's system.

Venomists backstabbing with a weapon with this flag will get an additional backstab hit (of poison damage type).

Unlike the 'envenom' skill (see 'help envenom') this flag does not wear off.
