Manor Upgrades: Rooms

Standard manor rooms include the following:

Name:       (Player's choice, max 80 characters)
Desc:       (Player's choice, max 40 lines**)
Sector:     [inside]

Heal rate : [100]
Mana rate : [100]

No upgrades (other than name/description and shopkeepers) may be added to
manor porches.

*** As of December 2023 it is now possible to add more than 5 rooms
    to your manor but the cost increases every 5 rooms. See below for a
    list of costs. ***

* No mobs may reset in combat maze rooms; the resets must be moved to a
different room (read mu-mobs for pricing). The room will also be flagged no-summon.

** Indoors sectors are inside by default, outdoors sectors are outside by
default. If you're unsure if a sector is indoors/outdoors, ask.  No air sector.

*** Maximum heal/mana rates in manor rooms is 200%.

**** The first room name and description are free to the purchasing player.
Foreign language is allowed in manor room descriptions.

** Room Desc Limit - It is possible to add more than 40 lines but very
expensive - 150qp and 5m gold per line. This option only exists because it
was *really* important to some people so it is here if you want it at a
very expensive cost and, for most players, not worth it.

Room Costs:

The base cost for the first 5 rooms is 10tps per room. The cost increases
by 10tp every 5 rooms after that:

           Rooms  1 -  5   : 10tp
           Rooms  6 - 10   : 20tp
           Rooms 11 - 15   : 30tp
           Rooms 16 - 20   : 40tp
           Rooms 21 - 25   : 50tp
           ...

This is deliberately expensive and we don't expect it to be used much,
but it's better than a hard no for anyone who *really* wants a bigger
manor.

Public Rooms:

It is now possible to make manor rooms public. To make a room public you
must be the owner and it will cost 1,000,000 gold in land registry fees.
The syntax is simply 'home public' or 'home private'. Using 'home
public' will give a warning and require a confirm option. You can make
some rooms public and still keep the rest private.

When a room is public, anyone can enter the room but they cannot use area
exits other than to Aylor. They *can* take or sacrifice items on the floor
so we recommend you move important items to other rooms before making any
public. Using 'look' will also show a new flag [Public] when a room
is public.
