If you were referred to this help file, you probably posted a bug or idea on the personal board.

Please repost your note on the ideas or bugs board for the following reasons:

- The ideas and bugs boards are archived and referred back to quite

  often. The personal board is read, dealt with and done.

- Imms usually read ideas and bugs when they are actually working on

  bugs or ideas. For example, Lasher reads the bugs/ideas board with the
  Bugtracker open ready to paste notes into and the Aardwolf code open in
  another window ready to take care of "easy fix" bugs.

- Regardless of how good or bad an idea is, the discussion around it

  usually improves it, even with the inevitable 'noise'. Players often 
  know the answer to a "bug" and can answer it, leaving the imms free to
  work on other things that only imms can do. Unless your idea/note is 
  particularly sensitive, please make it public.

We'd prefer ideas be posted to 'all' for open discussion but if necessary you *can* post a note just to 'imm' on ideas, it doesn't have to be to all.

Don't take it personally that you were referred to this, it does seems like a "form letter" but it gets old posting this same thing to multiple people, that's all .... Lasher.
