Within the client there is always a main game window where most of your interaction with Aardwolf takes place, and a number of optional windows or "plugins".

The screenshot below shows the main game window on the far left. At the top right is the "chat" plugin which can be used to capture your channels and chat to a separate window. Below that is a window displaying your stats and the Aardwolf in-game map. The window at the bottom right is a larger map of the continent you are currently on. Finally, at the very bottom of the screenshot is a status bar with a brief colored representation of your character's health.

Each window can be enabled or disabled based on your preferences and each can be resized or use different fonts. The map windows are fully interactive and show the location of your character as you move around the game world. The smaller map window also shows other players, enemies in the area, shops and other points of interest.

New plugins are released often and installing them is both quick and easy. The screenshot below shows the help plug in. Whenever you access a helpfile in the game it is loaded into a separate notepad window. This allows you to read the helpfile at your own pace without interruption from other game activity.

The next screenshot shows the 'helplist' plugin which is an organized list of the Aardwolf helpfiles intended to act as 'quick reference' sheet for new users. The main window in this screenshot also shows a little of the Aylorian Academy - an extensive tutorial and training area designed to help you get started.

Our goal with this client is to make it quick and easy for you to get started in the game without having to use a limited web based client. We hope you enjoy playing Aardwolf and using this client - hope to see you soon!
