If i was to have any spell or skill in real life, I'd have to say that the choice would be extreamly difficult to make! Between heal, sanctuary, fly, haste, underwater breathing and all the other good things... well, if I had to pick I'd likely go insane. But ultimately I'd have to say i'd go with Nexus. Why nexus you might ask? Well, quite simple really.. I don't like to travel .I don't like cars, I don't like planes, I don't like boats or buses or trains, so, personally, I'd like to be able to go from one place to another in an instant without having to get in something and take forever to go there.

Opening a nexus also would help with moving, going cross country, shoping. There are other good uses too. With a nexus you could take water to people in the desert and food to people in third world countries. Get to go right to family if there's an emergency or get your family and friends to safety if there's trouble! As long as there would be barriers that protect some places, inside homes, stores, banks, government buildings, etc. things wouldn't get too bad, in my opinion. But that's just me. ^.^
