For me the choice of which skill/spell to take into real-life would be an easy decision! Fly of course, imagine all the wonderful uses you could make of it. Wake in the morning energy! All the magical sights of the world from above are easy access, high shelves - Solved!

I could dazzle all my friends with air acrobatics and make millions being a one man wonder of the world as WestLife sang Fly Without Wings, Brilliant! No more queuing at the bar in the pubs just fly over the crowd and get what you want! Imagine you could save millions of Holidays because without effort you could skip all the bustle of the airport and simply fly your way to Spain, France heh the world is at your feet, or just below it anyways!

Also you could eliminate the need for shoes because your feet would rarely be on the ground. Its an easy step to the Mile High club also simply cast fly on your significant other and enjoy the ride, no pun intended!
