C - Sector Flags -Is it a city? A forest?

D - Heal rate in room

E - Mana rate in room

F - Minimum level of player entering room

G - Maximum level of player that can enter room

H - Clan - not used in general building

I - Guild - if the room belongs to a guild.

J - Brightness -

K - MaxChars - set only if 15 people can be in a room , or only 2 people in a room

L - Owner - Don't mess with in general Building.

M - Flags - Flags on the rooms, flagging it indoors? silentspell? norecall? prison?

N - Resets - You built a mob. This is how you get it to pop in that room.

O - Exits - any exits that lead off to the room go in here.

P - Mapexits - dont mess with this till ready for testing.

R - Descs - Extra descriptions.. for example - l door, look etching brings up a description here.

S - Roomprogs - and room triggers.
