Added lines 1-8:
     echoat - syntax: echoat(ch,"message",options)

Unlike echo which sends a message to the whole room, echoat sends a message to a single character, usually the person who triggered the prog. The variable 'ch' must be a CH type variable.

Echoat does not capitalize by default - if you begin the sentence with a variable (mob name, etc) and would like it capitalized, add the option LP_CAPS.

The variable $n is always 'self' - the mob the prog is running on. If an object is involved in the trigger, it can be referenced in the echo text using $p.
