With these spells, a psionicist can telepathically cause damage to the
neural synapses of his or her victims. This spell will attack all victims
in the room at once.
The psionicist has several abilities in the mental attack devotions. In
increasing order of power, they are:
Mind Thrust / Inflict Pain / Psychic Crush / Ultrablast / Psionic Blast
Primary stat: Intelligence, Wisdom.
Affected by : Luck, Tier of caster.
