Syntax: cast 'lightspeed' <target>
Spell Number: 259
This spell will give its target the ability to move at an extremely
accelerated speed and allow them to gain an additional attack per round
on top of that already given by standard haste. This spell has no
effect on classes other than mage, cleric and psi even if taken as a
potion or pill.
Primary stat: Intelligence, Wisdom.
Affected by : Luck.
