Help Maxstats

Each character stat can eventually be raised to a maximum of 400 points
with trains.  An additional 200 points can be obtained from equipment and
spells, for a total maximum of 600. A character's 'current' maximums,
however, are based on their level and other factors:

- From level 1 to 24, the maximum trainable for any stat is 25.

- For levels 25 to 70, the maximum trainable for any stat is equal to the
  character's level.

- From level 71 to 130, the maximum training is 70 + 2 for each level over
  level 70.

- From 131 to 200, the maximum trainable is 190 plus 3 for each level
  over level 130. For example, the maximum stats for a level 140 character 
  would be calculated as 190 (for level) + 30 (3 for every level over 
  130), or 220.

- Your maximum stats can be increased using the 'potential' feature - see
  'help potential'.
 
- The maximum total for all stats added together is 1500, plus 50 per tier.
  This means it is not possible to max out all of a character's stats- this
  is intentional, so choose wisely!)

- The primary stat for each class may be trained an additional five points
  once remorted into that class, to a maximum of 400.  (For example, a
  level 1 mage may train Intelligence to 30.)

- Tiers gain an additional +5 per tier to maximum trainable caps, to a
  maximum of 400.

* Stat bonuses from daily blessing (see 'help daily') may exceed these stat
  caps- this is an intentional bonus.

In addition to base stat caps, there is also a cap on the amount of extra
stats given from spells and equipment.  This number is equal to the level
of the character, with a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 200.
 
As points in stats increase, so do their costs.  This also applies to hit
points, mana, and moves.  The base costs (before tier/wish bonuses and race
modifiers) are as follows:

* Regardless of any modifiers, it will always cost one train to add a point
to any stat through 60.  Once past 60, racial stat modifiers apply and may
increase or decrease the cost.  A stat will always cost at least one train,
even if negative modifiers would set it to zero or less.

- The maximum trainable hit points, mana, or moves at level 200 is 35,000,
  plus 150 per tier.  At level 201 the maximum is 35,275, plus 5,150 per
  tier (a max of 81,625 at tier 9).
