I agree about intellectual property worry, but we don't have to hurry or change some things only 'cause of that. ST:TNG is one of these cases... Rodenberry took enough precautions before his death to no one try to sue anyone for writing any kind of fiction about it... After all, if we think like that, we will have to change both Faerie Tales areas ;) BTW, the Flash client is working wonderful...
